Located in the heart of the traditional Cyprus village of Peyia this stunning villa is set to give you and your family an authentic greek stay with all the modern luxuries you will need. We are located just 45 minutes drive from Paphos airport, 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes drive from the port. OUR ROOMS
Main Bedroom - 1 double bed, ensuite, sauna, balcony, A/C and sea view

Second Bedroom - 1 double bed, shared bathroom, wardrobes, A/C and sea view

Third Bedroom - 2 single beds, shared bathroom, A/C and wardrobes

All beds are fully made up and there are bathroom towels, beach towels and hair dryers in each bedroom.

Kitchen
We offer a fully functioning kitchen including an oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and other luxury appliances. There is a stone built BBQ in the garden so you can enjoy delicious food at the villa right by the pool!
Free Wifi
The villa has free wifi throughout as well as a brand new tv with over 150 channels
Garden
The garden is full of gorgeous native flowers which can be admired from the comfort of the day bed or outside furniture. With spectacular pots and ornaments to make your surroundings feel as luxurious as possible.
Sea Views
The villa looks out over the whole of Peyia which includes the stunning Coral Bay Beach. It's an amazing view all year round and can be enjoyed from the comfort of the outside dinning areas with a glass of wine in hand!

Our stunning pool has been designed to help you cool off during those long sunny days but still in keeping with the authentic style of Cyprus

Within a 10 minute walk you can be in the heart of the Peyia village with a vast selection of delicious authentic restaurants to choose form. Please click "things to do" for more information

There is also a large supermarket in Coral Bay called Phillipos where you can purchase everything you will need. Buy fresh from the deli counters as they are much cheaper and tastier.

A well worth archaeological visit to see this ancient site. At the same time we would recommend a visit to the mosaics that are located adjacent to the port in Paphos.
